Each piece is handmade and may have slight variations or imperfections, making it truly unique. Colors may appear differently on various screens.

Please understand that our handmade jewelry and home decor items are crafted with care and attention to detail. However, due to the nature of handmade products, we cannot offer any guarantees regarding their longevity or resistance to wear and tear. Each piece is unique, and minor imperfections or variations are inherent to the artisanal process.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Saoirse Ranch Designs, we pour our hearts into creating unique, handmade jewelry and home decor pieces. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. As each item is crafted by hand, slight variations and unique characteristics are part of their charm and not considered flaws.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Window: You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate and custom nature of some of our products, the following items are typically not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your specifications.

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally items can be damaged during shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sr-designs.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help us assess the issue and facilitate a resolution.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for confirmed damaged or defective items.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@sr-designs.com  with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange request.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Once your return is received, inspected and approve, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original method of payment. Kindly note that the actual time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement or account is dependent on your bank or financial institution's processing policies, and can vary, which are beyond  our control.

  • Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sr-designs.com

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different color or size of a non-personalized, non-earring item), please contact us at info@sr-designs.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Note that exchanges and/or replacements are available based on current inventory. Saoirse Ranch Designs maintains the sole discretion to refund or exchange an item.
